A Minimal Website Should Collect Minimal Data.
This website is intentionally designed without advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or account registration. Contact and support forms use a narrowly scoped server-side delivery process so requests can reach Omnitechnicus without requiring a local email application.
Effective September 2026
Information Submitted Through Website Forms
When you submit the Contact or Support form, Omnitechnicus receives the information you intentionally provide, such as your name, email address, organization, request category, and message. The form is processed by Cloudflare infrastructure, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, and delivered through a narrowly scoped Microsoft 365 application to the appropriate Omnitechnicus mailbox. Omnitechnicus does not maintain a separate website form database for these submissions, although the resulting email communication may be retained as a legitimate business record.
Email Communications
When you email Omnitechnicus directly or submit a website form, the company receives the information contained in your communication and associated delivery metadata. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or website forms.
Hosting, Anti-Abuse, and Technical Logs
The website hosting, DNS, network, email, security, and anti-abuse providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser details, Turnstile verification data, and security events. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, embedded media, chat, scheduling, or other third-party services are introduced, this notice will be updated to reflect the applicable data practices.
Business Records
Omnitechnicus may retain legitimate business records such as inquiries, approvals, service tickets, contracts, invoices, technical documentation, and communications for operational, accounting, security, and legal purposes.
Changes
Omnitechnicus may update this notice to reflect changes to website features, service providers, legal requirements, or business operations. The current version will remain available on this page.
