Responsibilities Follow Demonstrated Capability.

Leadership titles and operational responsibilities are tied to real accountability, subject-matter expertise, and ownership of delivery rather than inflated organizational charts.

Technical Leadership

Engineering standards, implementation decisions, and technical responsibilities are assigned according to demonstrated skill, subject-matter expertise, and ownership of delivery.

Business & Finance

Budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, financial analysis, valuation, tax coordination, and financial controls are treated as defined responsibilities with clear ownership.

Customers First

Growth matters only when it improves reliability, coverage, expertise, and the customer experience.
